Team – Key Requirements for the TPM- Oracle M&A Program Manager Role

Please focus on finding a senior Program Manager who has strong Oracle Cloud Fusion experience and, most importantly, has led M&A / acquisition-related ERP programs.

What we need:

  • Experience managing 8–10 people / workstream leads and keeping the overall program on track.
  • Strong Oracle Cloud Fusion background, ideally across ERP, EPM, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven M&A / acquisition program management experience is a major requirement.
  • This person will coordinate multiple PMs/individual contributors and ensure all workstreams are aligned, dependencies are managed, and milestones are delivered.
  • Strong experience building roadmaps, managing risks/dependencies, and moving the program from roadmap/planning into execution.
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • This is not a hands-on Oracle consultant role. We need someone who can manage and coordinate the people doing the functional/technical work.
  • Budgeting/FP&A is not the primary focus. ERP, EPM, and Supply Chain are more important.
  • The current environment involves M&A with two companies, so direct acquisition/integration experience should be prioritized.
  • East Coast candidates are preferred.

  • Maintain integrated project plans, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and resource plans.
  • Manage contention for shared engineering resources, environments, and testing windows.
  • Track bottlenecks and blockers daily and drive them through resolution.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate FinTech or business owner with clear decisions and resource requirements.
  • Hold business stakeholders accountable for timelines, staffing, validation, and UAT commitments.
  • Track open design and configuration decisions and escalate decisions that may impact project timelines.
  • Manage cross-project dependencies and sequencing to prevent conflicts between concurrent migrations.
  • Manage third-party delivery, including systems integrators and specialist contractors, against SOWs and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify delivery slippage early and coordinate corrective actions or renegotiations.
  • Coordinate cutover and close-readiness, including reconciliation, parallel close activities, and handoff to FinTech and Finance teams.
  • Provide milestone and status reporting across multiple projects.
  • Surface project risks, dependencies, and required decisions to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain dependency maps covering upstream and downstream systems.
  • Coordinate dependencies involving tax engines, billing, revenue platforms, RPA, and other finance technology systems.
  • Ensure system dependencies and conflicts are identified and addressed against the integrated delivery plan.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or Program Manager working closely with engineering teams.
  • Strong experience delivering ERP implementations/migrations, particularly Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Experience with M&A integrations, ERP migrations, acquired-entity onboarding, or similar transformation programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery projects.
  • Experience managing shared engineering, testing, environments, and other technical resources.
  • Strong experience driving business stakeholder validation and UAT commitments.
