The Senior Account Executive will drive business forward by working to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. They will cultivate new clients from leads provided by the Marketing team as well as through direct prospecting efforts. The Senior Account Executive will sell to medium to large sized businesses using strong insight and relationship building skills.   • Manage every part of the sales process by engaging with clients at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, presenting the solution, contract negotiation, through close.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers to create new business opportunities by utilizing sales strategies targeting key decision makers and business owners.
  • Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up.
  • Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other internal groups.
  • Attends and participates in all relevant meetings.
  • Be accountable for quota achievement on a monthly, quarterly basis and annual basis.
  • Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in a quota carrying sales role.
  • Account Management Experience, preferred
  • Technology sales experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS (software as a service) environment and/or corporate training
  • Professional and positive demeaner
  • A proven record in building a strong business pipeline and converting sales.
  • An ability to thrive and prioritize in a fast-based environment.
  • A love for great customer service and goal-oriented relationship building.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as work collaboratively with the team.
  • Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. Comfortable being on camera during internal and external meetings.
  • Proven ability to manage time and workload from a remote/home based office.

The pay range for this position $100,000 - $115,000 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive a quarterly bonus. Washington Applicants Only: U.S. Employees will accrue 15 days of PTO for the first year of completed employment and eligible to receive 12 holidays annually.
