Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at Lee Ann Homes. The Commission Sales Associate will proactively generate and qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage a pipeline of prospective homebuyers and property owners. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting Lee Ann Homes’ services and value proposition, and guiding prospects through the custom home, renovation, and land development sales process. The individual will prepare and present proposals, coordinate with design and construction teams to address client needs, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves collaborating on sales campaigns, participating in virtual events, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills, ideally in real estate, home building, or high-value services.
  • Strong client relationship management, consultative selling, and customer service skills.
  • Comfort with remote selling, virtual meetings, and using CRM and online communication tools.
  • Ability to understand and communicate custom home building, renovation, and design concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail in documentation and proposals.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for clients, colleagues, and partners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience in residential real estate, construction, or related fields is preferred; relevant licenses are a plus, where applicable.
