## About the Role


HR Pals & Recruiting Pals is seeking a **Human Resources Coordinator** to support a group of clients across multiple industries. This full-time, remote position provides an opportunity to develop broad HR experience while partnering with HR Managers to support day-to-day human resources operations and client HR priorities.


The HR Coordinator will serve as a primary HR point of contact for client employees and provide support across onboarding, payroll, employee documentation, benefits administration, employee changes, leave of absence administration, employee relations, performance matters, and HR compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, customer focus, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple client needs.


## Key Responsibilities


* Manage HR administration and operations for assigned clients.

* Support new-hire onboarding and employee documentation.

* Assist with payroll processing and employee changes.

* Support benefits administration and leave of absence processes.

* Respond to employee questions and provide timely HR support.

* Serve as a hands-on HR resource and primary HR point of contact for client employees.

* Build partnerships across client organizations to deliver HR services aligned with business needs.

* Handle a variety of HR assignments based on individual client requirements.

* Research HR-related questions and provide appropriate guidance and options to management and employees.

* Educate and advise managers and employees regarding employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal requirements.

* Partner with HR Managers on employee relations, corrective action, and performance issues.

* Monitor compliance with federal and state labor laws.

* Identify potential HR and legal compliance risks and recommend appropriate next steps.

* Build and maintain positive professional relationships with client employees and stakeholders.

* Seek guidance from HR Managers when additional support is needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.


## Required Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* At least 1 year of successful experience in HR, payroll, or client-facing/customer service work.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Strong consultation skills.

* Experience working in a client-facing, matrixed environment.

* Ability to influence leaders and align people processes and practices with business objectives.

* Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and build credibility and trust with client groups.

* Strong customer-service orientation and responsiveness.

* Ability to multitask and manage changing client priorities.

* Dependable, proactive, and willing to take on a variety of HR assignments.

## Compensation & Benefits


* **Compensation:** $40.00–$42.00 per hour.
