UKG Pro WFM Business Analyst Functional Consultant (Contract)

Location: Remote with preference for candidates open to occasional onsite in Chicago, IL

Our client, a leading organization in the real estate services industry, is urgently seeking a high-impact UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant. This is a critical role where immediate contribution is essential, and the organization cannot afford a gap in coverage. You will partner directly with business stakeholders across the company to gather feedback, understand the impact of system changes, and drive successful adoption and optimization initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic opportunity to lead UKG Pro WFM enhancements, manage change, and influence system strategy across the enterprise.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into functional solutions within UKG Pro WFM
• Leading change management initiatives, end-user training, and adoption programs
• Collaborating with technical resources to design, test, and deploy system updates and enhancements
• Evaluating downstream impacts of system changes and ensuring alignment across integrated business processes
• Managing and prioritizing incoming requests while aligning solutions with organizational objectives
• Supporting roadmap planning for future UKG enhancements, modules, and long-term strategy
• Taking ownership of implementation and optimization projects for new modules or features

Qualifications:

• Strong functional expertise with UKG Pro WFM including system configuration, reporting, and process alignment
• Proven experience leading change management initiatives and driving user adoption across an organization
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and department heads at multiple levels
• Deep understanding of downstream impacts of system changes and how they affect business operations
• Experience collaborating with technical resources on system updates, optimizations, or module expansions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience supporting HRIS, Total Rewards, or other workforce management initiatives
• Exposure to end-to-end UKG Pro implementations or module expansions
• Experience developing training materials and facilitating end-user education sessions
• Prior work in fast-paced or high-growth environments
