A growing consulting firm that delivers data, ERP, SAP, and billing transformation programs is hiring an Agile PMO PM. You'll keep large client programs on track by running the plan and the cadence, keeping Jira accurate, and getting executives ready to make decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, critical path, and cross-team dependencies.
- Run program syncs, cross-team stand-ups, sprint reviews, and milestone readiness checkpoints.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate early with a recommended path forward.
- Own the program artifacts: the timeline, the RAID log, resource and capacity views, and status reports.
- Own Jira across teams: boards, epics, workflows, fields, dashboards, and JQL filters.
- Report on velocity, burn-up, flow, and milestone progress, and explain what the numbers mean.
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees and leadership reviews, and turn delivery data into short, executive-ready updates.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, and spot problems before they escalate.
What you bring
- 3–6 years in project management, PMO, agile delivery, or consulting.
- Solid program management fundamentals: integrated planning, critical path, dependency and risk management, and status reporting.
- Hands-on Scrum and/or Kanban experience, and the ability to run sprints. You don't need to be an agile guru.
- Advanced Jira skills: board and workflow configuration, dashboards, and JQL.
- Confidence leading discussions with senior leaders.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus clear writing and speaking.
- Consulting experience in a client-facing role, at a large firm or a boutique. This is highly desired.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- SAP, ERP, billing, or data program experience.
- Confluence, Salesforce, or mobile project experience.
- CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience setting delivery standards or improving how teams work.
