  • Must be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Official Job Description

Who We Are:

Our Firms technology is used by the nation’s largest healthcare organizations to streamline the patient intake and authentication experience. Our mission is to modernize healthcare access by replacing outdated manual processes with secure, efficient, and patient-friendly digital solutions. Join us at a pivotal stage in our growth as we scale nationwide.

Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software deployments and manage client relationships throughout the implementation and adoption process.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with a strong background in project management, healthcare technology, and enterprise software implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

You will work closely with healthcare organizations, IT teams, developers, Product, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into successful technology deployments. From project kickoff and system configuration through integration, testing, training, and go-live, you will be responsible for keeping implementations on track and ensuring clients realize the full value of The Firm's solutions.

Following implementation, you will continue to own client relationships, monitor adoption and account health, identify potential risks, and support renewals and expansion opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise client implementations, including project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Own assigned client accounts from initial kickoff through implementation, go-live, adoption, and ongoing account management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, project updates, and escalations.
  • Translate client business requirements into product configurations, workflow designs, and EHR/PMS integration specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Product, Development, Support, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on client requirements and commitments.
  • Establish realistic expectations around delivery schedules, project scope, technical capabilities, and implementation milestones.
  • Identify project risks, technical challenges, and potential blockers early, developing solutions to keep implementations on schedule.
  • Coordinate system testing, quality assurance, integrations, and release priorities with technical and development teams.
  • Manage client training and education throughout implementation, including ongoing training as new locations, staff, and features are introduced.
  • Lead post-implementation account reviews and develop success plans focused on adoption, client objectives, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Monitor product usage, adoption, and account health to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, account expansion, and additional product adoption.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, communicating feedback, feature requests, and product gaps to Product and Development teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, client records, implementation reports, training materials, and process guides.
  • Ensure implementation processes align with applicable healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve implementation processes, project delivery, and the overall client experience.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations and complex technology projects.
  • Experience within healthcare technology, HealthTech, healthcare IT, or other enterprise software environments.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, Practice Management Systems (PMS), and healthcare technology integrations.
  • Familiarity with major healthcare platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), or other clinical information systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient intake, patient engagement, healthcare data management, and electronic protected health information (ePHI).
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and applicable healthcare privacy and security requirements.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, product configurations, and implementation plans.
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including clients, developers, IT teams, Product, Support, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing client escalations and resolving technical or operational challenges.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through completion.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

The successful Implementation Manager will ensure that enterprise clients experience a smooth, organized, and successful transition to The Firm's technology.

Success means projects are delivered on time, integrations and workflows function as expected, clients are properly trained, and end users successfully adopt the platform. Beyond go-live, this individual will build trusted client relationships, proactively address challenges, and help drive long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Benefits and Perks

• 401(k) with company match

• Unlimited PTO

• Fully remote work environment

• Travel for customer meetings and industry events

• Opportunity to join a high-growth HealthTech company
