The Juice Plus company are a dynamic, direct selling health & wellness company looking for a Junior Digital Production Designer who loves the craft of adapting, resizing, and optimizing creative for social, paid, web, CRM and beyond, at real volume.

Your Day to Day

• Take approved creative concepts and scale them into high-quality digital assets across multiple platforms
• Produce high-quality digital assets from approved concepts, copy, imagery and video
• Adapt and optimize creative for multiple channels and formats, including, Social media (organic and paid), Paid digital advertising, Websites and landing pages, Email and CRM communications, Amazon marketplace content and advertising
• Create static and motion assets, including light video editing and animation
• Juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

You will bring

• Experience in a Digital Designer, Digital Creative Artworker, Creative Production Designer or similar production-focused role
• A strong portfolio showing digital marketing assets executed across multiple channels (high volume is a plus)
• A clear digital focus, this role is about digital platforms, not print
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and template-based asset creation
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Hands-on experience producing for social, paid media, web/display, email/CRM and ideally Amazon
• A sharp eye for digital specs, dimensions and optimization
• Strong typography, layout and visual design skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort and energy in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
