Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Web Designer with strong visual design skills, hands-on CMS experience, and a portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern, conversion‑focused website builds. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys collaborating with content strategists, SEO specialists, and clients to create websites that look great, function smoothly, and support long-term digital performance.
This role is full-time, fully remote, and requires excellent communication, accountability, and comfort working in a fast-moving agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, user-friendly websites for a variety of industries.
- Create clean, modern layouts that align with brand identity and UX best practices.
- Implement pages within CMS platforms (WordPress preferred; Duda certification strongly valued).
- Manage website galleries, portfolios, and visual asset organization.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure pages are optimized for performance.
- Perform routine site updates, layout adjustments, and visual improvements.
- Create graphics, icons, and visual elements to support website design.
- Troubleshoot front-end issues and ensure consistent cross-device functionality.
- Maintain a high standard of visual quality and attention to detail across all projects.
- Manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent workflow without micromanagement.
- Demonstrate strong time management and self-guided work habits.Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a portfolio showcasing recent work.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress (themes, page builders, plugins, layouts).
- Duda certification or hands-on experience with Duda (or similar agency CMS platforms).
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how design impacts performance.
- Experience designing website galleries, portfolios, and visual showcases.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients when needed.
- Ability to manage deadlines and maintain consistent workflow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional CMS platforms (Webflow, Squarespace).
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for front-end adjustments.
- Experience working in a digital agency or multi-client environment.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
