• Track and prepare detailed income and expense statements per project.
• Organize receipts, invoices, and financial documentation in a clear, auditable format.
• Monitor job costing to ensure expenses align with project budgets.
• Collaborate with internal team members to gather and verify financial data.
• Maintain consistent and organized digital records for all project-related finances.
• Provide basic reporting on project profitability and cost status.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (construction industry a plus).
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Self-starter with good communication skills.
