2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for leading complex customer implementation projects and providing delivery leadership across multiple teams and customer stakeholders. This position plays a key role in ensuring project success through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and coordination, while also driving continuous improvement in project management practices.
3. Responsibilities:
- Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through completion
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications
- Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, Quality Assurance, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
- Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement in Project & Program Management
- Leverage AI tools to enhance project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness
- Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years'' project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services
- Proven success leading complex customer implementations
- Strong skills in project governance, stakeholder management, and communication
- Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams
- Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship management
- Commitment to delivery excellence and continuous improvement
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000
