About the Opportunity:
The MANAGER OF IT / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER is responsible for leading the information technology strategy within a division of the organization. This role ensures alignment of technology goals with business objectives, manages IT teams, and oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT-related projects. The position contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and driving technological innovation that supports the organization’s strategic aims.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct problem analysis on technical systems and application programs, documenting findings and proposing resolutions.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor IT teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Work with network staff to maintain reliable software and system operations.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to programming and problem solving.
- Design and develop manual and automated procedures addressing business needs.
- Maintain high self-motivation and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in IT leadership and managing IT coding projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with full software development life cycle.
- Experience in document management, vendor management, and website management.
- Proven team management skills including goal setting, delegation, and staff development.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and independent motivation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Certifications such as PMP or ITIL are advantageous.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- $100,000 - $120,000 Annual
