About the Opportunity:
The CLIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance. This role supports the interpreting services by managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain high service quality. The position is essential in fostering strong client relationships and contributing to the smooth delivery of interpreting services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients in scheduling and managing interpreting appointments.
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve client issues or escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with interpreting teams to meet client needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is highly desirable.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary of 52,340-55,640 USD per year.
