Are you passionate about knowledge management, HR operations, and AI-driven tools? Join our team as a Knowledge Intelligence Partner, where you’ll play a critical role in scaling HR knowledge systems and enabling employees to access, understand, and apply information effectively across the organization.
Location: Seattle, WA | Austin, TX | Bay Area, CA | New York, NY | Remote
Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)
Pay Rate: $50 – $57/hr (W2)
What You’ll Do:
- Organize and maintain HR knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate, discoverable, and actionable
- Support AI-powered knowledge systems by tagging, categorizing, and managing metadata for improved search and usability
- Identify documentation gaps and drive updates to keep content relevant
- Coordinate knowledge management initiatives, manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Track action items, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outputs with minimal rework
- Create dashboards, reports, and leadership-ready presentations to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes
- Develop templates, guides, and training materials to support ongoing content audits and updates
- Act as a trusted partner, helping teams adopt knowledge tools effectively and navigate challenges
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in program/project management within operations, learning & development, or communications
- 2+ years in knowledge management or content management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written communication
- Comfortable learning and adopting AI and collaboration tools
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Familiarity with HR processes and terminology is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience in Big Tech or fast-paced environments
- Microsoft Library or enterprise knowledge systems experience
- Background in Learning & Development
- Google Workspace proficiency
- PMP or related certification
