Client Booking Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients, researching information online, and managing important details while providing timely and professional service.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirementsResearch available options and servicesAssist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangementsCoordinate booking requests and confirmationsReview reservation information for accuracyProvide clients with relevant details and updatesAssist with changes and special requestsMaintain accurate client and booking documentationFollow up when additional information is requiredCommunicate with service providers as necessaryProvide ongoing client support throughout the process
