About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This remote position offers flexibility for candidates near our physical offices, but we welcome applicants from all locations. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in leading design initiatives for a variety of in-house projects, including web and mobile interfaces, branding, illustrations, and multimedia assets. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual solutions that align with our company’s vision and user needs. Your expertise will help shape the aesthetic and functional aspects of our digital products, ensuring they are both visually appealing and user-centric. This role requires a proactive mindset, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within an agile environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Figma or Adobe XD
  • Proficiency with Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web design implementation
  • Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience leading large-scale design projects and mentoring team members
  • Comfort working in an Agile environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Art and Creative Directors to develop innovative and strategic design concepts that meet company objectives
  • Lead high-visibility projects, developing multiple design options and guiding cross-functional teams through feedback and refinement processes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and the broader creative team to foster growth and maintain high-quality standards
  • Stay current with industry trends in color, typography, UI, and branding to ensure designs are modern and engaging
  • Design and iterate on web and mobile user interfaces, infographics, logos, brand identity systems, and presentation materials
  • Develop comprehensive branding guidelines, style guides, and other design resources for internal use
  • Represent the design team in cross-departmental projects, managing project timelines and deliverables effectively
  • Engage in research to understand user needs and incorporate insights into design solutions
  • Participate in group discussions, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and advocate for user-centered design principles
