About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a design professional to lead and influence a variety of projects across web, mobile, branding, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions, leadership capabilities, and a passion for staying current with design trends. You will collaborate closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to interpret strategic goals into compelling visual content, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Your role will involve managing high-profile projects, mentoring junior team members, and representing the design team in cross-functional initiatives. This position requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Design or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a digital design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Figma or Adobe XD
- Proficiency in Sketch, Procreate, and Canva
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience leading large-scale projects and managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Collaborate with Art Director and Creative Director to translate strategic objectives into engaging visual designs
- Take initiative on high-visibility projects, developing multiple design concepts and guiding teams through feedback and refinement processes
- Lead by example and mentor junior designers and other creative team members
- Stay current with design trends in color, typography, UI, and user experience to ensure modern and effective designs
- Create web and mobile UI designs, illustrations, infographics, logos, branding systems, and presentations
- Develop style guides, branding assets, and other design resources to maintain consistency across projects
- Represent the design team in cross-functional projects, managing project timelines, clarifying requirements, and providing creative input
- Research user behavior and incorporate insights into design solutions to enhance usability and engagement
- Participate actively in group discussions, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and advocate for innovative design approaches
