About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that integrate Web3 functionalities such as wallet connections, signing flows, and on-chain/off-chain interactions. As part of our global team headquartered in San Francisco, California, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams across North America, Europe, and India. Your work will directly impact how users interact with tokenized assets and blockchain-based payments, contributing to the evolution of the decentralized economy. Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with hands-on experience in production environments
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Redux
• Experience with backend services and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Go, C#, or Java
• Strong knowledge of smart contract development and on-chain interactions, particularly Solidity
• Familiarity with Web3 building blocks including wallet connectivity, blockchain RPCs, and indexing
• Understanding of DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, lending, and trading platforms
• Experience with transaction lifecycle management—signing, submission, execution—with a security-first approach
• Knowledge of building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into robust solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale
• Own features end-to-end, including frontend, backend, and on-chain components, aligned with your expertise
• Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration
• Collaborate with product, design, and external teams to translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
• Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components
• Mentor other engineers, contribute to engineering best practices, and participate in architecture reviews
• Influence the technical roadmap and lead large-scale initiatives to maximize impact
