About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Junior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support in analyzing data to generate insights that inform retention marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on collecting, interpreting, and presenting data related to product performance, marketing campaigns, customer experience, and segmentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop accurate forecasts, create comprehensive reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across various platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in data analysis within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience providing data analysis solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of database technologies, data analytics, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience with SQL is preferred
- Experience with web analytical tools such as Google Analytics is preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Looker is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a small, dynamic team
- Provide essential support as a Junior Data Analyst, focusing on retention marketing insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Support the development of retention forecasts and collaborate with analysts to refine models
- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in optimizing marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies
