Rowe Price is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the development and enhancement of enterprise reporting and insights. This role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and operational teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs), standardize metrics, and ensure the delivery of consistent, reliable reports that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role offers an opportunity to engage with emerging analytics and automation technologies, including AI, to identify innovative solutions that streamline workflows and improve business processes. This position is vital in driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring data quality and governance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics or reporting roles
- Experience designing and delivering data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
- Knowledge of the full data analytics lifecycle, from requirements gathering to analysis, visualization, and deployment
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret trends and surface insights
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop reporting solutions
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience training users on self-service reporting tools and dashboards
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate
- Interest or experience in emerging analytics, automation, and AI capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners on data and reporting requests, including ad hoc projects
- Ensure timely delivery of reports that meet business needs while optimizing efficiency
- Integrate data from various sources and maintain data consistency and accuracy
- Review and interpret data for trends, anomalies, and leading indicators
- Summarize findings and address data privacy and security considerations
- Develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models in Power BI
- Participate in data governance activities and ensure compliance with data management standards
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate reporting processes
- Assist in the design and implementation of new data workflows and analytics solutions
- Train and support junior team members and business users in self-service analytics tools
- Monitor and control changes in complex data sets to maintain integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in analytics capabilities
