The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy Strategic Growth & Enterprise Sales Lead to spearhead the B2B go-to-market execution for both companies.

This is a unique, dual-portfolio position. On one side, you will speak to practice managers and orthopedic surgeons to help them reclaim leaking revenue. On the other side, you will consult with firm principals, wealth managers, and compliance officers to scale their advisory business safely. You are not just selling software; you are selling operational freedom, compliance safety, and direct bottom-line ROI.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Pipeline & Sales Execution

  • Spirit Works AI Portfolio: Identify, target, and engage top-tier orthopedic practices and medical billing departments facing heavy administrative denials. Lead prospects from cold outreach through discovery calls to closed-won software deployments.
  • Parrative AI Portfolio: Target and sign mid-to-enterprise level RIAs for our advanced beta programs and core software solutions, communicating the high-value impact on their AUM growth and SEC risk reduction.
  • Demo & Value Presentation: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to stakeholders—translating technical AI capability into tangible business value (e.g., "reducing order processing time by 85%" or "60% reduction in advisor follow-up activities").

2. Multi-Channel Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute sophisticated, multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, personalized email, customized Loom videos, and cold calling).
  • Utilize advanced CRM and sales tech stacks (such as Go High Level, HubSpot, or Salesforce) to architect automated workflows, maintain hyper-clean lead pipelines, and track behavior signals.
  • Draft persuasive, highly professional copy that positions you as an industry partner rather than an intrusive vendor.

3. Consultative Account Strategy

  • Navigate complex B2B buyer journeys that often involve multiple stakeholders (e.g., Medical Directors + Practice Managers for Spirit Works; Chief Compliance Officers + Managing Partners for Parrative).
  • Deeply understand industry-specific pain points, staying up to date on healthcare billing trends and SEC/fiduciary regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HealthTech, FinTech, Wealth Management, or Enterprise AI/Automation software.
  • Technical Literacy: You are a "tinkerer" who loves software. You don’t need to code, but you must be comfortable explaining custom software capabilities, API integrations, data pipelines, and machine learning models to non-technical buyers.
  • CRM & Sales Tech Mastery: Advanced experience managing pipelines and setting up marketing engines or automated workflows (experience with Go High Level (GHL) is a major plus).
  • Fierce Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can author authoritative, compliant-conscious messaging for financial advisors and highly professional outreach for medical executives.
  • Startup Mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing multiple hats. You are a self-starter hungry to build a pipeline from scratch alongside the founding teams.
