- Manage supplier onboarding, operational coordination, and delivery compliance

- Dataset & Delivery Quality Assurance (QA)
- Inspect supplier samples (pre-deal) and delivered datasets (post-deal) for technical, metadata, and formatting compliance per aesthetic, technical, and ingestion guidelines
- Communicate and coordinate partner replacement content not meeting deal expectations
- Independently perform validation and QA on complex and large-scale metadata, such as: checking file naming conventions, ensuring matches between filenames and metadata, aggregating asset counts, and identifying anomalies
- Understand the metadata structure required for each project, identify key validation checkpoints, and define and execute QA processes accordingly
- Process & Systems Management
- Initiate, create, or validate processes for digital asset management in the pre-deal and post-deal phases of dataset acquisition
- Organize dataset samples in scalable ways that allow easy access by authorized Adobe stakeholders
- Create internal tickets that initiate processes or track internal dataset requests
- Coordinate with an extended network of teammates to ensure that licensed data moves along from point A to B to C, from initial delivery into the hands of engineering teams
RequiredSkills :
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of relevant success in content development, digital media productions, business development analyst work

- Proficiency in Slack, Atlassian Jira, and MS suite: Word, Excel, Teams or equivalent apps from other software brands
- Ability to use formulas and pivot tables to verify metadata consistency, and to identify, organize, and clearly report issues or discrepancies
- Familiarity or light skills with Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and its AI-driven app features
- Preferred: Experience automating QA workflows using VBA and/or scripts, e.g., automating validation checks, generating summary reports, counting characters, detecting specific keywords or restricted terms
