Role Description The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations and supporting chauffeurs to ensure timely, efficient service. This contract, remote role includes assigning trips, monitoring vehicle locations, adjusting schedules in real time, and communicating updates with drivers and clients. The Dispatcher will manage booking details, verify trip information, and address last-minute changes or issues with a calm, solutions-focused approach. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records in dispatch systems, collaborating with operations leadership, and upholding Shine Limos LLC’s standards for safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or fleet management, preferably in luxury or passenger transport.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage calls, messages, and updates clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency with scheduling, GPS/dispatch software, and basic computer tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, booking systems).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple trips, drivers, and time-sensitive requests.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, make quick decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and an appropriate, quiet workspace for dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of local and regional travel routes, airport procedures, and event logistics is a plus.
• Previous experience in limo services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
