Instructional Designer

SGF Global is currently seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / Trainer to support a Deloitte project team in a fully remote capacity through December 31, 2026.

This role is ideal for a learning professional with experience designing and maintaining multi-platform training programs, learning paths, and assessment strategies. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing engaging learning experiences, aligning training content with certification objectives, and ensuring training materials remain current across evolving technology platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Workday, and other enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop learning paths aligned with certification requirements and learner skill gaps.
• Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training guides, job aids, assessments, and practice exams.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Backward Design, or equivalent frameworks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt and customize licensed vendor curriculum within approved guidelines.
• Develop assessment strategies, including formative evaluations, practice exams, and capstone learning activities.
• Maintain content governance processes and refresh training materials in alignment with vendor release cycles.
• Analyze learner feedback, certification outcomes, and training metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design (LxD), Training Development, or Adult Education.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and assessment design.
• Experience with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or Backward Design.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and version control practices.
• Experience working across multiple vendor curricula and certification frameworks.
• Knowledge of certification standards and content customization requirements for major technology vendors is highly preferred.
