About the Role

We are seeking Senior Digital Designers to support new initiatives across multiple business lines in a consulting-style environment. This role is ideal for senior designers who are comfortable owning design workstreams, contributing to strategic conversations, and translating requirements into high-quality digital experiences.

Each Design Lead will work with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with a copywriter and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, brand-driven solutions from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital design work for a dedicated business line, from initial concept through final delivery
• Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences
• Participate in brand and experience strategy conversations
• Translate business needs and requirements into clear, thoughtful design solutions
• Create and present design concepts aligned with brand standards and objectives
• Produce high-quality, pixel-accurate designs using Figma
• Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ years of professional digital designer experience is required.
• Candidates must (currently) live in the CST Zone.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and related tools required.
• Prior consulting experience, specifically within the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industries.
• Strong concepting skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Experience contributing to or discussing brand strategy at a high level.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners.
• Ability to present a strong portfolio required.
