Legal Operations Business Analyst with Ironclad, CLM and AI tools experience. Remote Roles Duration: 6+Months with possibility of longer-term extensions Job Brief Seeking a Legal Operations Business Analyst to serve as the technical configuration expert for Ironclad, designing the workflow lifecycle and ensuring seamless contract generation and tracking. This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end implementation and management of Legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Luminance), enterprise AI tools within Google, Atlassian suite along with embedded AI solutions in Legal tools. Will also be facilitating deep-dive sessions with our legal team to translate complex contracting and AI use cases into documented technical specifications and functional workflow logic. Responsibilities

• Act as the Business Analyst within an Agile framework, working within bi-weekly sprints specifically focused on Ironclad enhancements and AI model tuning
• 8+ years of experience in Legal Technology or Business Analysis, with a emphasis on CLM architecture and automated workflows
• Hands-on experience in 2–3 full-cycle CLM implementations; you must be comfortable with advanced workflow configuration
• Design and build complex conditional approval chains and Slack-integrated automations to accelerate transaction velocity
• Empower our legal team by explaining complex AI outputs and technical workflows in a clear, actionable manner to drive high tool adoption

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Legal Technology or Business Analysis, with a emphasis on CLM architecture and automated workflows
• Hands-on experience in 2–3 full-cycle CLM implementations; you must be comfortable with advanced workflow configuration
• Proven track record of deploying and managing at least one major Legal AI tool for contract intelligence or automated review (tool-agnostic)
• A self-starter who is comfortable in an fast paced Agile environment and can move from high-level consulting to implementing without friction
• Exceptional ability to identify patterns in data anomalies and legal process bottlenecks, proposing automated solutions rather than manual workarounds
• Outstanding ability to navigate a global, remote workplace and explain technical concepts to our legal team in a clear, actionable way
