Implementation Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a local company to support the implementation of an automated client system. The ideal professional will have experience with building, testing, and deploying a robust automation ecosystem that seamlessly integrates multiple platforms (HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe to create an interconnected system.

• Implement multi-step workflows and advanced Zaps based on pre-defined architectural plans.

• Ensure seamless communication and data transfer between platforms to support customer lifecycle management, billing, and service activation.

• Manage automation logic outside the core platform to maintain system independence while ensuring synchronization.

• Roll out automation solutions across multiple global entities, tailoring implementations to regional requirements.

• Conduct rigorous testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy in financial operations and data integrity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align automation strategies with business objectives.

• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations to address any gaps in system compatibility or performance.

• Provide documentation and training to ensure smooth adoption of the automation processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Zapier, including advanced workflows and scripting using JavaScript or Python.

• Strong expertise in configuring HubSpot workflows and managing custom objects.

• Proficiency in Stripe Billing, including subscription management and automated payment processes.

• Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data payloads for system communication.

• Ability to translate technical design documents into functional, live automation systems.

• Proven track record of executing complex automation projects in global environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing and quality assurance.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
