Corporate Paralegal

Robert Half is seeking a Paralegal / Contracts Specialist with strong experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry to support a dynamic legal team. This is a remote, temp-to-perm opportunity offering exposure to clinical trial contracting and contract lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $40–$60/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a variety of agreements, including:
• Clinical trial agreements
• Vendor and consulting agreements
• Confidentiality agreements and statements of work
• Support contract lifecycle management, including tracking, reporting, and execution processes
• Maintain contract trackers, status reports, and documentation systems
• Assist in developing and refining:
• Contract templates
• Playbooks and workflows
• Intake forms and process improvements
• Ensure agreements align with company standards and approved terms
• Track key contract milestones, renewals, and deadlines
• Support compliance-related documentation (e.g., privacy, clinical trial documentation)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Paralegal certificate a plus)
• 5+ years of contract or paralegal experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments
• Strong experience with:
• Clinical trial contracting
• Vendor and site agreements
• Proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems and e-signature tools
• Comfortable working with legal technology platforms (systems will be provided)
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting
