Compri Consulting is searching for a Technical Accounting Manager for a 100% remote 12+ month contract for our client headquartered in San Francisco.
Must-Haves
- Strong knowledge of ASC 718 (Stock Compensation)
- Hands-on equity accounting experience
- Quarter-end close experience
- SEC reporting and financial disclosures
- SOX controls, audit walkthroughs, and PBC support
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
