Remote Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Specialist – West to support recruitment, ATS administration, global payroll, and employee lifecycle management across Europe and the Americas.

• Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating recruitment logistics, maintaining ATS (Lever), and supporting hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Managing employee files, conducting policy reviews, and providing HR administrative support.
• Enhancing employee experience through communication, engagement initiatives, and representing organizational values.
• Contributing to HR projects like policy updates, process improvements, and data analysis.
• Coordinating with vendors, supporting HRIS/ATS data integrity, and assisting with new country HR setups.

• Qualifications and skills:

• Undergraduate degree with at least 4 years of HR experience, including employee relations and California law knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, cross-cultural, and technological skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information, multitask effectively, and work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
