2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for translating company priorities into structured projects and ensuring their successful completion. This role coordinates multiple departments and external partners to execute digital launches, events, programs, and media initiatives. The position is critical for driving clarity, ownership, and accountability across projects, impacting the organization's ability to scale and deliver key programs effectively.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple simultaneous cross-functional projects across digital launches, marketing campaigns, events, coaching programs, digital products, and media initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows using project management tools like Asana.
- Coordinate efforts among Marketing, Copywriting, Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external partners.
- Lead complex digital launches involving CRM workflows, customer journeys, promotional schedules, email campaigns, landing pages, and testing.
- Identify risks proactively, manage dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, escalate issues as needed, and communicate risks to timelines or deliverables.
- Review deliverables for quality assurance, confirm requirements are met, and address execution gaps.
- Evaluate and improve existing project management processes and infrastructure while leading a Project Coordinator and fostering organizational accountability.
4. Requirements:
- At least 5 years of hands-on project, launch, or product/program management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to create repeatable systems from complex projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading remote, interdepartmental teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to closing open loops.
- Background in coaching, digital education, performance marketing, agencies, membership businesses, or launch-driven organizations.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and launch workflows including CRM/automation and cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficiency with project management systems, preferably Asana.
- High ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving skills.
