About the Opportunity:
The FINANCIAL ANALYST supports financial operations with a focus on sales commissions, SaaS financial metrics, and financial reporting. This role contributes to maintaining accurate financial data, ensures proper commission calculations, and supports financial planning activities. It plays a key part in delivering insights that guide business decisions and enhance financial process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and manage sales commissions based on variable compensation plans.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate commission reporting.
- Track and analyze key SaaS financial metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue and customer retention.
- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and investors.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement improvements in commission calculations and financial reporting processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in finance, accounting, sales compensation, or financial analysis.
- Direct experience with sales commission calculations and interpreting commission plans.
- Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet recurring financial reporting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
