Role Overview
As Creative Strategist, you'll craft the performance creative that bridges the gap between suffering in silence and taking the bravest step of their lives. Every concept you develop, every hook you write, every visual you art direct could be the reason someone finally says yes to the life they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Own Performance Creative: Full ownership of the ads that drive growth from concept to execution across every channel. You're not waiting for briefs. You're the one identifying what to make and why it'll work.
- Creative Engineer: Build a high-velocity creative engine from the ground up, uncovering the messages, formats, and visuals that inspire healing and compel people to take the hardest, bravest step of their lives
- AI-First: Leverage AI tools to ideate faster, produce more, and test what no one else is testing. You're not waiting for the industry to figure this out; you're already building workflows that multiply your creative output.
- Architect an AI-First Team: Design the right mix of tools, contractors, agencies, and FTEs to make psychedelic medicine mainstream. You decide what this team looks like to move fast and raise the bar.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta creative strategy experience in a DTC environment
- Proven track record of winning Meta ads — must be able to speak to specific campaigns, results, and why they worked
- Experience at a DTC brand during a high-growth phase ($30M–$250M in revenue range) with measurable impact on acquisition
- Strong command of direct response principles — hooks, copy, visual hierarchy, and consumer psychology applied to paid social
- Demonstrated ability to produce or oversee high-volume creative output (testing multiple concepts monthly) while maintaining performance standards
- Actively uses AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, production, and iteration — beyond basic usage, must have concrete workflow examples
- Ability to brief, direct, and evaluate creative from designers, editors, UGC creators, and contractors
- Mission alignment — personal connection to mental health and wellness
- Startup experience preferred — comfortable in a lean, fast-moving, high-accountability environment
- Stable work history — most roles 2+ years; no chronic job hopping
