What You Will Actually Do
- Pick up the phone, often. Outreach to candidates and clients is the job, not something you do around the job.
- Build real relationships quickly. You will go from stranger to trusted advisor with people in a single call.
- Own your pipeline from start to finish, including the hard conversations when a deal falls through or a candidate does not move forward. We close every loop here, even when the news is bad.
- Stay organized across multiple candidates and clients at once. You will be running several conversations in parallel, and nothing falls through the cracks on your desk.
- Use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter than firms still doing things the old way.
- Get coached consistently, and improve consistently.

Our process includes an interactive case study where you work through a realistic scenario with an AI persona, a paper screen of your resume and a behavioral assessment, and time with our hiring team to talk through how you think and handle pressure, not just what's on paper.
