We are currently seeking motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing team, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and are open to remote work, for the right candidate.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional who is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships while closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through both cold and warm outbound sales calls
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Deliver engaging online software demonstrations to prospective clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing and beyond
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain ongoing customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven ability to close sales over the phone
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning software platforms quickly
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry is required
- Cabinet Manufacturer Representative experience is required
Training & Support

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000–$50,000
- Commission starting from your first sale (15% for NEW)
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Residual commission opportunities up to 10%
- Average annual earnings: $100,000–$120,000
- Top performers earn $300,000+ annually
