The Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. 

What You Will Do:

• Client and RSG Team Support
• Provide training and support to the team on operational processes and tools.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Operational Duties
• Monitor and manage the Operations ticketing queue, ensuring proper categorization, assignment, and timely resolution of requests.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine operational processes to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and align with evolving business needs.
• Support various ad-hoc operational tasks and projects, adapting to dynamic business priorities and contributing to overall organizational success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop copy and design graphics (using Canva) for digital channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and blog posts.
• In collaboration with the Executive Assistant, assist corporate travel logistics and event coordination, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives, while managing the procurement and distribution of promotional swag to enhance brand visibility.

What you already have:

• Demonstrated ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment free of distraction
• Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track tasks, manage deadlines, and improve workflow efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Start-up focused mentality, with a solution-oriented attitude
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform them competently
• Analytic thinking, great communication skills, attention to detail, efficient and independent working style
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Located in the Indianapolis, IN Metro area, strongly preferredWHAT WE OFFER

SALARY RANGE

$62,000-$65,000 DOE
