Position Overview

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to oversee software development projects from planning through delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, Platform Architects, developers, designers, and internal teams to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects from kickoff through completion.
• Define project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
• Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Track project progress, budgets, scope, risks, and deadlines.
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and status updates.
• Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving.
• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, Platform Architects, and other specialists.
• Help improve project management processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and with a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within software development, technology, or digital agencies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and development workflows.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software development concepts.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
