We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Healthcare Member Services Representatives. This is your chance to provide essential support to members while working from the comfort of your home office.

The Role As the first point of contact for our members, you will provide exceptional service and support using cutting-edge technology. You will act as a primary resource to answer questions, resolve complex issues, and ensure every member has a positive, seamless experience.

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside within 1 hour of Renton, WA or Spokane, WA) Compensation: $21.62 per hour

Start Date: May 18th, 2026

What You Will Be Doing:

  • High-Volume Engagement: Respond to incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Member Advocacy: Assist members with benefit questions, ID card orders, eligibility, billing inquiries, and payment processing.
  • Data Integrity: Perform heavy data entry, updating patient profiles and demographics with 100% accuracy.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Track all interactions across dual screens, ensuring strict adherence to healthcare privacy and compliance standards.

Training & Work Schedule:

  • Comprehensive Training (12 Weeks): Hours fluctuate between Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST and 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST.
  • Post-Training Schedule: You will be assigned a set schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST (Monday–Sunday).
  • Weekend Requirement:Must be available to work weekends. You will always have two days off per week.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ months of Call Center experience (or 2+ years of high-level Customer Service experience).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
  • Home Office: Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
  • Geography: Must live within a 1-hour radius of our offices in Renton (98937) or Spokane (99210) to attend occasional meetings or equipment support.
  • Testing: Candidates must pass a required skills assessment.
  • Knowledge: Prior healthcare industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
