QP Groups client is a leader in the design, fabrication and installation of industrial piping & plumbing systems.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Detailers to join a $16b Data Center project. In this role, you will be instrumental in detailing.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed Revit models for piping and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop design specifications and project requirements.
- Prepare construction documents and drawings for project implementation.
- Review and modify designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all designs.
- Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Revit – Strong experience in BIM modeling, particularly in mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Construction & Fabrication Drawings – Experience creating detailed construction and fabrication drawings to support modular assembly and installation.
- Clash Detection & Coordination – Proficiency with Navisworks or Revit’s built-in clash detection for resolving MEP and structural conflicts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
