Role Description

• This is a part to full-time remote position for an Order Manager. The Order Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire client order process from order placement to fulfillment. Daily tasks include processing orders (creating invoices and purchase orders), coordinating with various departments and vendors to ensure accuracy & timely delivery, analyzing order data, and providing excellent customer service and support through effective communication. This will be considered a sub-contract position on a trial basis of 3 months for evaluation. If you stay on long term, the position will shift to a W2 payroll position if desired. Starting pay will be $25/hr, and increase from there as your skill and experience grows. The more ability and value you offer, the higher your top-end pay potential.

Qualifications

• Preferred Experience in Order Management and Order Processing for screen-printed and dye sublimated athletic apparel. Or at least having a moderate understanding of each process.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for order accuracy of custom apparel.
• Exceptional Team Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and with outside vendors.
• Proficiency in Monday.com project management software, as well as Quickbooks (invoicing & purchase orders) is a plus.
• Must have own hardware (computer and video camera).
• Must be available Monday to Friday during typical eastern daytime working hours, but some flexibility (once your trained), is possible.
• Ideally be ready to start training 2nd week of November (can be slightly flexible on start time if needed).
