Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel requests, reservation details, itinerary updates, and customer follow-up using approved online systems.
- Maintain accurate traveler preferences, booking records, supplier confirmations, dates, and schedule changes.
- Research and organize travel options so customers and internal teams can make informed decisions.
- Communicate confirmations, changes, documentation needs, and next steps by email, phone, chat, or approved messaging tools.
- Resolve routine booking or service issues remotely and document actions, outcomes, and escalation needs.
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
Strong candidates for the Reservation Agent position will be comfortable using skills such as Reservation Systems, Travel Planning, Itinerary Planning, Customer Service, Booking Management, Travel Operations, Destination Research, Vendor Coordination. The selected candidate should apply these skills directly to the responsibilities of the role while maintaining accurate records, dependable follow-up, and professional remote communication.
