Role Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will build and manage our paid ad campaigns, keep our website accurate and converting, run our customer review and case study efforts, and maintain the tracking and reporting behind all of it. Some content production is part of the job, but the core of it is execution and measurement across every channel we use. You will work directly with our marketing leadership, learn how each decision gets made, and take on more of the function as you prove you can run it. The ideal candidate has marketing experience at a software company and is comfortable in ad platforms, website editors, and analytics tools. Experience with church specific software tools or work within a local church is a plus. The ability to manage several projects at once and finish them without reminders is a must.

Content production
Write and publish most of what we put out: blog posts, landing page copy, email campaigns, social posts, help content, and release announcements. You will use AI tools heavily to draft, and you are responsible for everything that gets published being accurate, on message, and something a church staff member would actually read. Keep the content calendar current and hit the dates.
Paid advertising
Build and run campaigns across paid search and paid social. Write the ad copy. Brief a designer or vendor when creative is needed. Refresh copy and creative on a schedule so campaigns do not go stale. Watch spend against budget and report cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rate.
Website upkeep and conversion
Make the edits: homepage, feature pages, pricing, comparison pages, demo and trial forms. Run approved tests and report what converts by page and by source. Fix broken links, slow pages, and outdated screenshots. When the product ships something new, the site reflects it within days, not months.
Customer proof
Generate reviews on a set schedule: ask, follow up, track, report. Produce case studies end to end, from recruiting the church through the interview, the numbers, the write-up, and publication. Keep third-party listings on software directories accurate and current.
Tools, tracking, and reporting
Administer the analytics tools, ad platforms, and customer relationship management (CRM) integrations. Install tracking pixels and conversion events, then confirm they actually fire. Keep source data clean. Send one recurring report the Director can act on.
Additional
Support conferences when we attend: registration, shipping, materials, booth hours, and getting leads into the CRM within 48 hours. Coordinate day-to-day with contractors and freelancers on briefs, deadlines, and deliverables, and help compare options when we are choosing a new one.
