About Mira Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company providing integrative care and hormonal testing for over 92,000 customers. In 2023, they were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company. We started our company to help women and individuals reach their parenthood dreams and make their fertility journey smoother. Mira’s most important breakthrough was inventing the market's only FDA-compliant at-home fertility monitor with quantitative technology. Since the beginning, they have been on a mission to develop data-driven hormonal health solutions to help women make confident health decisions during every stage of their lives—from the menstrual stage to menopause. Mira offers solutions to test, boost, and navigate fertility—starting from comprehensive hormone testing and supplements to fertility coaching and online courses. We are committed to helping our customers achieve the highest possible success rates and outcomes; that is why our focus is on personalized care, the use of the most cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data. About The Position Mira is on a mission to transform women’s healthcare through innovative, science-backed solutions. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships to accelerate our growth by identifying, negotiating, and scaling high-impact commercial partnerships. In this role, you’ll own the full partnership lifecycle: from strategy and outreach to deal structuring and execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, product, and marketing teams to ensure each partnership drives measurable revenue, brand visibility, and long-term strategic value. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on closing deals, driving results, and shaping the growth strategy of one of the fastest-growing women’s health companies in the U.S. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or partnership management in health and wellness products.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup-type company.
  • Proven track record of securing and scaling strategic, revenue-driving partnerships with employer benefits, health plans, virtual women’s health clinics, and other consumer health devices.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate business opportunities into structured deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills — persuasive and confident in C-level discussions.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills for modelling business outcomes and ROI.
  • Highly organized and project-driven, able to manage multiple complex deals simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong networker with the ability to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap aligned with Mira’s growth objectives, identifying high-potential partners across employer benefits, health plans, virtual women’s health clinics, and other consumer health devices.
  • Own the full partnership cycle — from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation, integration, and performance management.
  • Design and deliver compelling commercial proposals and business cases backed by strong financial modelling and ROI projections.
  • Negotiate and close strategic, high-value agreements that drive incremental revenue, distribution, and brand exposure.
  • Manage existing partner relationships to ensure performance, alignment, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Finance) to operationalize partnerships and execute joint initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize ongoing partnerships.
  • Champion partnership initiatives internally, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and departments.

BenefitsWhy Join Mira

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of women’s health innovation.
  • Own a high-impact commercial channel at a rapidly scaling company.
  • Collaborate with passionate teams on groundbreaking products.
  • Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and growth opportunities.
