Remote Project and Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project and Office Manager to oversee solar installation projects and manage office operations.Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing all aspects of solar projects from planning to execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Supervising project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintaining customer relationships and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing office functions like scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
• Developing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring company policies are followed.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in solar.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and remotely after extensive training.
