Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include implementing and managing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, providing exemplary customer service, and developing training programs for the sales team. You'll work to achieve sales targets, support marketing efforts, and maintain alignment with organizational goals. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in sales and sales management to achieve organizational goals and drive results
  • Ability to lead and develop training programs to enhance team performance
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering excellent outcomes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Prior experience in non-profits or healthcare-related organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
