Lif3away is redefining how humans live, rent, and move globally.
We are building the first AI-first infrastructure company for medium-to-long-term rentals: a system designed to govern how people relocate across borders, powered by intelligence, trust, and automation.
We are finalizing our corporate structure and product foundation while preparing for the Seed round. We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to accelerate host and agent adoption by driving them to join our exclusive waiting list.
The Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate with strong experience in sales and business development (ideally in real estate, proptech, or SaaS). You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting private property owners and agencies into active waitlist subscribers.
This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role where execution matters most. You will work directly with the CEO & Founder and collaborate with marketing to design outreach campaigns, nurture leads, and build relationships that strengthen Lif3away’s supply pipeline.
At this stage, this is an equity-only role during the pre-funding phase. Upon successful fundraising, and if both parties are satisfied, this position will transition into a full-time salaried role with equity already secured.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage private landlords, property managers, and agencies to join the Lif3away waiting list.
• Convert leads through outreach, calls, demos, and relationship-building.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Collect and share market feedback to inform strategy, product, and brand positioning.
• Track KPIs and report regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
• 4-6+ years of proven sales or business development experience (real estate, proptech, SaaS, or related fields).
• Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Ability to work with limited resources and high autonomy, directly with the CEO.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
• Existing network of real estate agents, agencies, or landlords.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions to SMBs or enterprises.
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and agency practices.
