• Engage with patients and caregivers to ensure therapy adherence
• Assist patients in starting prescribed treatments
• Address therapy-related concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Communicate with charge nurses in nursing homes as needed
• Handle 50–70 inbound and outbound calls daily
• Maintain precise documentation and follow templates
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance and quality

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
