Your eye for language — the kind that catches a misplaced comma, a clunky sentence, or a subtle inconsistency — will directly shape how AI systems write, reason, and communicate in English. This is a flexible, remote contract role powered by Alignerr (by Labelbox), working on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs.

What You'll Do

• Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency
• Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and style
• Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss
• Apply detailed editorial guidelines with precision and discipline
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI output quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional command of written language
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field
• Extremely detail-oriented with sharp proofreading instincts
• Able to follow complex style guides and apply them consistently at scale
• Self-motivated and reliable — you meet deadlines without hand-holding
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
• Familiarity with style guides such as AP, Chicago, or MLA
• Background in reviewing or evaluating written content professionally
