Job Description

Posted on: September 26, 2026

*This is a fully work-from-home position open to candidates residing in the U.S., excluding California and Washington.*

We’re looking for a Senior Research Analyst to join our team, where you’ll design surveys, analyze data, and translate findings into clear, compelling stories for our clients. You’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—taking ownership of turnkey studies and starting to tackle more complex work—while building your skills in data management, quality control, and delivering analysis-ready datasets.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze, interpret, and visualize research findings about our clients' audiences, subscribers, users, and prospects.

• Lead assigned projects across their full lifecycles on turnkey and straightforward studies, while contributing to more complex, custom projects.

• Work hands-on with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar), including testing logic, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.

• Oversee data cleaning, manipulation, and validation, delivering analysis-ready datasets.

• Coordinate with sample and field vendors, including sending field updates, monitoring performance, and diagnosing issues during data collection.

• Manage multiple projects efficiently: writing questionnaires, designing reports, coordinating with vendors, and updating Latitude benchmarks/norms.

• Identify areas for improvement in project workflows, methodologies, or deliverables and proactively share those observations with the team.

• Edit media in Premiere Pro or QuickTime (we'll provide training if needed).

• Contribute to Latitude initiatives like knowledge sharing, developing best practices, growing core competencies across teams, and fostering collaborative autonomy.

What you bring:

• A four-year degree in the social sciences and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a quantitative analyst in the market research field.

• High level of competency in Excel, Google Suite, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with statistical analysis, R or similar software packages, and data management.

• A strong facility with quantitative reasoning and experience across multiple elements of the primary research process (design, fieldwork/logistics, and analysis).

• Competency in AI tools and incorporating them into your workflows

• A strong interest in media research — audience intelligence, advertising effectiveness, programming strategy, multi-screen strategy, etc.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working with media, entertainment, or agency clients.

• Familiarity with audience research, video testing, or ad effectiveness tools.

This position offers many opportunities for growth and professional development. It is ideal for a candidate hoping to build their resume at a vibrant, cutting-edge company with an impressive client list in communications and technology (Netflix, Amazon, NBCU, Disney, Paramount, etc.).
