This role will oversee the execution of a sponsor-dedicated clinical study focused on inflammation, with responsibility for driving progress from start-up through closeout. The position requires strong day-to-day leadership across timelines, deliverables, vendors, and cross-functional workstreams in a fast-paced clinical trial environment. The ideal candidate will balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution to keep the study on track and resolve risks quickly.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of a Phase 2b inflammation study from start-up to closeout
- Manage daily study operations with minimal oversight
- Own timelines, deliverables, and risk resolution across workstreams
- Ensure milestones are met in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Lead vendor management and performance oversight
- 3+ years of clinical project management experience
- Experience managing clinical trials from start-up through closeout
- Familiarity with complex Phase 2b studies in inflammation
- Proven vendor and CRO management skills
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution
